Registration
All conference attendees must register using the Registration Form.
Please download the document, fill, and send it to congressos@caravela.pt together with proof of payment, as detailed in the registration form.
Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon request, a letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued after registration and payment. If necessary, please contact ICEE 2024 organisation through the email provided (icee2024@dps.uminho.pt).

Cancellations
Key points
- At least one author of an accepted paper must pay the registration fees and attend the conference to present the paper.
- A maximum of two papers and presentations per author is allowed. An additional paper fee of 75€ will be charged for the second paper.
- To qualify as a student, the delegate must present a valid student card or proof of enrolment. A copy of the document must be submitted when registering.
- The conference working language is English, which will be used for all papers, presentations and discussions.
- Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Normal and student registration fees include
- Submission and presentation of up to two papers.
- Attendance at all sessions, documentation, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.
Cancellations
The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
