ICEE is a collaborative effort of the ALGORITMI Research Center at the University of Minho and the CEF.UP Research Center at the University of Porto, two of Portugal’s most prestigious universities. Since its inception in 2013, ICEE has fostered collaboration and innovation by bringing together hundreds of scholars and practitioners. Our past editions have attracted experts and visionaries from Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, who have collectively contributed to the development of sustainable solutions around the world.
